How do I know what washroom equipment is best for my business?

Our expert advisors will help you find the best and most suitable solution for your business. Our job is to make sure you have everything you need, but also make sure you don't have any unnecessary expense.

What if I need more services during the busier times of the year?

No problem! We provide a fully bespoke service schedule for each piece of equipment on your contract. We offer everything from bi-monthly to twice weekly servicing, tailored to your business requirements throughout the year.

If I need an emergency service in between scheduled visits what do I do?

Give us a call! Our team of trained service personnel are never too far away and we'll have someone with you as soon as we can. On the first extra visit we won't even charge for the call out. If you are regularly requesting extra services we would recommend an increase in service frequency.

Can I upgrade / change my equipment if my requirements change?

Absolutely. We fully understand that business requirements change so we will be on hand to make sure your washroom services remains tailored to your business.

What happens if my service is delayed or missed?

Unfortunately on rare occasions things do go wrong. In the very unlikely event that we miss your service you will be fully credited by our accounts team. However we do everything we can to hit every service and keep you updated in the process.

What if my equipment is damaged or breaks down?

We replace any broken / faulty equipment free of charge - all part of the service! We may even upgrade your equipment FOC if our service operative deems this necessary. The only time we would ever charge for any replacements if equipment is repeat ably damaged - this will of course be discussed with you first.
